Hi 👋, Sally, That looks a nice bike, good luck with your new project, I saw a Evo project on eBay yesterday, it was back in the UK, they wanted £1500 for it, obviously I don’t know what the Moto was like, I have a time I come back to UK, picked it up and back again that I’ve been in another part of thousand quid which obviously I cannot afford, but it would’ve been nice project, Keep up the great work. Dec 29 I picked up a '77 ironhead frame and motor .. The next day I cut the frame up for fabricating a chopper. I've got a bender head on the way while I build the bender. Can't wait to start bending tube and start building the frame, so I'm looking at videos and pictures for design ideas.

Thinking of buying one of these 1977 Ironhead 1100 used for $2,000 with about 9,800 miles. Anything that I should look for when I see it that should send me running away from buying it? I was born in 1977 so it is sentimental. 😂

For $2k it should be mostly ridable. So starts easy, no smoke, does it look maintained, excessive oil spots, check tire tread and year (this will tell u if they actually rode) sounds like that one is low miles, look at pipes and see if carbon buildup. Happy hunting, hope it’s a keeper!! 😁🏁💚🦅💯
