Thanks. I have a thing against painted stems…so decided to leave it. I think it would be a little too much…saying that the whole bike is too much!

Great build but what about a video on bleeding the brakes? Your ex (juliet) might want to watch as she didn't know how to bleed her brakes 😂

I don’t totally know what I’m doing with brakes so wouldn’t want to put a video out showing people how to do it wrong 😂…I managed to top them up and get them working though. Juliet uses sram…much more awkward to set up 😂

​​​​@@DaveNoakesI think he means facing the bottom bracket, head tube. It removes material to assure a flat surface. Which is a must. Also you should have covered the BB shell and head tube, seat tube, along with all threads, including bottle cage bosses, brake mounts. Now as there's paint on the brake mounts the caliper might be misaligned. So it too might need to be faced. All of this requires spesific tools. But if brake mounts, head tube we're perfectly flush, and covered up properly then it's not required. But you have painted over everything, including some of the threads in the bottom bracket shell. So you should ream the threads to assure perfect alignment, along with facing the BB shell.
