Devin will not replace all programming jobs but it will make the tasks easier for the existing software engineers. Meaning companies will have less workload and the number of software engineers they will be hiring for their projects will be less. There will be a significant decline in the number of job openings for software engineers.

But we have to frame this on two aspects- when and where India IT’s strength is automating business processes using technology. If an American company builds a cheap product then India will be affected So India may be better negative because of this and not positive even though globally the effect may be positive Second is short term- immediate short term impact at human level is painful during transition and we should teach train ourselves to become more resilient

technally deka jaye tho , 80% software enginers crud operation , designing , testing with some 3rd party integration he kar rahe hai , and most mnc have already ready made common modules which they frequenly use in every other projects , if AI has seen all the code in github & internal companies code , i can bet that with its logical thinking voh ye kaam hum SE se faster and better kar dega , only people who are doing some rare IT jobs which severly required some high tech skills will be relevant in comming future , but for others only some senior SE would be required who can pass prompt and incoperate the AI generated code into their codebase and move on. So in short this is like industrial/farm revolution that happened after robotic and machine took over those jobs , people do exist in those sectors but the jobs & salary would be way less, while productivity would be doubled or trippled many times. so AI is a boon to IT companies & investors while a curse for large majority of IT people.

Kyun ki nayi apps hard 1-2 mahine mein aajayengi. Companies ko jaldi aur zada funcitonality wale products tayar karna padega. Jiske liye ar zada engineers chahiye honge.

@@absingh4951 bhai tu bahut he positive hai , i like it but u are blinded and can' t see realtiy ,, email invention lead to huge loss of postman jobs , in india since it was a govt job they survived else farmer jaise haal ho jathe un logo ke, in usa there was a huge job cut and mostly people went to ecommerce delivery which paid way less & hardly sustaining .. while paper usage in world is in decline after world swithced to digitised reading., many paper industries have shutdown thus many jobs losses , times group and HT group had regional language edition which they all shutdown since there are no readers. Technially technology will change and create new jobs but since it bring productivity and reduce input cost , there will be always job loss .if like u said there will be new jobs created if its cost the company same before the technology change then why would they switch in first place. technology is allwoing them to make profits at the stake of number of jobs which its destroying & increase productivity .. just like what robotics and machine has done to farming of USA , now the productivity is 100times more that what was 5 decades ago all with 1% of farmers while it was 15% of workforce back then , do you know what rest of them are doing ,they are mostly jobless and surving on govt paycheck while some are working at their nearby grocery store.for barely 12$/hourly , agar india mai aisa kuch hua tho just imagine , today modi say 80cr people are given ration age jake 110cr ho jayege

I am a tier 3 college passout. Only we know how we passed out from our college. Read before one day of the exam and cleared the exam. We are fkng creative species.MeanWhile the company who created DEVIN is still hiring Software developer. 💤… software engineering is not a easy job. I can say only tougher mindset people can do it. If you can’t think wisely, creatively then leave it. Not your cup of tea. Now its like a UPSC . Interview will be tough. Only people who actually know how internal implementation works they will stay. Else can leave. If you have a good knowledge you can even do freelancing. Create valuable projects. Using AI everything will be easy. Stay Calm and work on you skills.

@@YujfirthH-vr5np first of all we are in transition phase. AI will definitely create jobs for sure and AI will be there. There is no proper stream you have to take . So what i think is Go for AI/ML and try to learn for the technology not for JOB. This mindset people will survive. What ever comes in near future study that as well but you can start with AI as of now. There are lots of models in AI , now LLMs are getting build in near future they will start with others.

Are you really this dumb?! Alternatives for OS, smartphone OS, KZread, social media, appstore and every app is already available. It's not impossible to make here. There's an obvious reason why no one even tries it, eg KZread bna loge Pr uspe available billions of videos aur users kaha se laoge😂 Jake aek baar dekh lo Indian apps alternatives (well designed) pe kitne usres aur content, frequency, traffic available hai. Practically tumhari lists me se hr aek chij usi jagah pe rahegi, because of many obvious reasons, bus usme AI not (woh bhi USA ka😂) add ho jayega. Open source model aek time ke baad compete krne ki soch bhi nahi payenge
