The Lodge Card Club is a members-only social club in Round Rock, Texas (just north of Austin). With 24/7 cash games and 2+ tournaments per day, The Lodge is THE place to play poker in central Texas. The Lodge Live is streamed every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 3PM CT.
You never know what you might see on The Lodge Live stream. You might see Pocket Aces vs Pocket Kings. You may see the nut straight lose to a full house after the board pairs on the river. There's a good chance you will see loads of straddles (and double straddles, and triple straddles). Players go all-in blind or play poker hands after looking at just one card. That's just what poker is like in Texas!
The stream regularly features Lodge owners Brad Owen, Andrew Neeme, and Doug Polk. Players like Rampage, Mariano, and Igor Kurganov has also graced The Lodge Live felt. And who knows? One day The Lodge may even host players like Daniel Negreanu, Phil Hellmuth, Phil Ivey, or similarly huge poker names.

His business partner is in the hand, so he's not rooting for him to scoop an up and comer... he's a bit polarized to entertain that clown who def won't stop talking, oblivious to the action.
Has anyone compared Robbi's stats on Hustler Casino Live vs other venues like The Lodge?
Any game Robbi loses is a good game.
Another fantastic vlog! Awesome to see the big win. Hopefully I’ll run into you this year at WSOP and can buy you the beer I missed out on buying you last year. Playing Event #28 and #34 or #36 depending on how the first one goes.
I wanted you to do that that’s a lot 224k quadrillion against easy omg!! Sweet win
Doug tipped the dealer $1K on one of those pots. More generous than most!
Loved some of these clips Taras seems really funny man too. One of my favs Handz vs Taras 6x pot jam on river. Just so weird :D esp when taking into account all the comments during the hand

easiest snap fold ive seen
Good ole Doug (“ Peter puffer”) Polk!!!!
Bill Perkins hilarity: "I was fk'n around...found out"
They need to learn to shut the mics off of people not in a hand. The conversations are way to loud
It's time for the clock, this is unreal!
At 15:00 it seems Doug Polks table talk "can't get between a man and his gambling" intices Taras to reraise the quad Jack river board.
People need to shut up during big pots
AK suited vs the JJ on the 2 boards losing was rough!
Did Doug have a heads up match I completely missed?
21:02 hearing robbi say that’s a ridiculous hand absolutely sent me

2:12 On the one hand, this shouldn't be the nut flush so Hans doesn't have to worry about that, but on the other hand, 2s full is basically the nut flush, because it loses to every other full house, so does he shove all in here with the nut flush? No, I guess not because he is hoping Hans has the nut flush.
36:40 Easy all in river for Dan which he messed up. Anything that beats you is betting for value and all you do by check calling is allow weaker hands to escape. What hands are going to check back the river? KT? AK? Maybe. ...and them checking back costs you money. What hands are going to bet for value? full houses, probably some better flushes, and you are paying him off either way. So by checking you mainly let better hands get paid and lose 50% of your value vs most weaker hands. Maybe some random bluffs might bet into the flush? like JQ or 46
Man Slick Rick is such an incredible poker commentator, he knows the difference between a call and an all-in and can even tell us every time someone has a boat when the board pairs. Truly insightful stuff
Love the players who keep checking their cards as if they might change or they just have a very short memory.

Don't know anything about reverse tells, huh? Exploitative play helps you win pots.
Wow!
Look at Brad. Rock of stone lol
1:00 I mean, ya know! The perfect phrase when you don't know what to say.
all in and bluffs to a pot while not in the room.
The amount of yapping during the first hand is absurd

Before Taras bluffed river Dylan's chip shuffle got faster...he seemed so antsy to get the money in..just saying.
Taras showing once again why he's one of the worst Poker players on KZread

Bunch of dudes trying to figure out how to stack each other. What a job..
Ben just gets crushed every time ^_^
Doug should called clock before rushing 3 Jordi to make a move. Bad etiquette.
Whos win yetere di ey
I think Slick Rick thinks that the more times he says “quadraphenia” the more he will look like he knows anything about poker
What if I say "all in" And the opponent doesn't say anything and just tosses his circular CARD PROTECTOR into the middle....is that a call?
@dawnkeener9836

I want to say that's a fold. We used to have a guy who did that when he folded... However one night he said it was a call... They went to the cam footage because he said he called but he didn't. He was mad but now we don't play anymore until he says what his action is.
@defeatignorance8681

That's nothing in a room that goes by the rules. Cards cross the line to fold or chips cross the line to call. A card protector means nothing other than some shit player is trying to angle.
Including chopped pots is pointless
Tara's teaching a master class how not to get any value.
Never bluff bill he don't care if he lose it.
Si close don't be heree😢😢😢
He s open Al not close as hole U😮
Lot of poker player doesn't know how to read a hand

The talking and tanking is the most tilting thing ever. Anytime Polk and airball are at the table it’s unwatchable.
I ABSOLUTELY HATE WHEN COMMENTATORS KEEP BLABBING WHEN THE PLAYERS ARE SAYING SHIT WAY MORE INTERESTING. Like we know wtf is going on in the hand WE CAN SEE but these guys like to hear their own voice.
I'd hate to have such a huge hand and that guy's voice incessantly yapping away.
In know Brad wanted to smack dude like yo stfu lol
🦧
Taras is the worst!
Am I the only one that thinks running it twice is bad for tv? It is super lame every time I hear them ask two times I cringe.

You aren’t the only one. However, In many cases, people like to see authentic high stakes game. Authentic High Stakes games have: -Long Tanks -Lots of needling -Running it twice -Side bets, prop bets and additional games like the “standup game”. -Large amounts loaned amongst players. -Multiple running of board -Bomb Pots Remembering that it’s the players game and not the casinos, dealers or managers game is hard sometimes. As spectators we can only choose what to watch and what not to watch. As for me, I prefer the authenticity but usually fast forward through the long tanks and turn off the sound if people are annoying (ie NikAirball)
Do ppl really watch Brad Owen vids? 😂
Buffalo dealer
How did they know how to play if they're just talking over each other that's so annoying they're looking right past the guy thinking about a raise and talking in his face
The reason I enjoy these shows… Many people like to see authentic high stakes game. Authentic High Stakes games have: -Long Tanks -Excessive Needling -Side bets, prop bets and additional games like the “standup game”. -Large sums loaned amongst players. -The running of multiple board -Bomb Pots Remembering that it’s the players game and not the casinos, dealers or managers game is difficult sometimes. Many, not all, layers will often not continue to put money in a game in which they can only run it once if all players involved choose to do so. As spectators we can only choose what to watch and what not to watch. As for me, I prefer the authenticity but usually fast forward through the long tanks and turn off the sound if people are annoying (ie Nik AirBall)
How is Tarras not everyone’s favorite? This guy is entertaining. Love watching him for some reason.
What is wrong with these other players, did they show up to watch some one sit there and play with their chips, call the fucking clock!
WTH I’ll tell them, “hey boneheads, I’m thinking ok? Stop talking, thanks.” 0:44
