@sparkleypegs8350 I HIGHLY recommend a short little drive from PF down into Maggie Valley, I believe? There is a huge nature preserve place called Cade's Cove that is fantastic to drive through or hike.

Please, Please, Please take time to actually enjoy the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. So many tourists come here and all they do is Dollywood and typical tourism stuff. GSMNP is most visited in the nation; if you don’t want to hike then I highly recommend at least a quick drive through Cades Cove and Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. Downtown Sevierville is also nice; that’s where Dolly Parton has her statue in front of the court house.

FWIW, community colleges are amazing, cost much less, and almost nobody there will care how old you are. 😜 I’m 37 and in community college, and it’s going great.

You def need to invest in ice gel packs and other freezer reusable items, as it will save you a lot, and you won't have to keep buying a ton of ice. There's also mini coolers that you can plug into your car that can also help keep a few items cool like drinks.

I just stopped there about 5 minutes ago for the first time ever IT IS ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE! I highly recommend it to anyone they literally have anything and everything. It's basically like Walmart but only 10 times bigger 120 gas pumps is absolutely insane. Good news is you don't have to wait for gas!

There’s probably a lot of left over brisket so it only makes sense that they turn it into beef jerky.
