Aaron: I'm sorry about your divorce. I'm not divorced but as you may recall, from prior comments over the years, I'm widowed, 17 years ago this coming Wednesday. Just want to tell you that it does get easier. The pain does lessen. It might take a lot of time, a few years even, but it does get easier. You hang in there. Get out and keep that Warrior hull wet. Nice to see you posting again.

This is the best advice, virtually every psych study on the topic would say so. That is NOT to say that it will be easy, but honestly (time permitting) organizing something like a winter 39 hours (or any project that offers structure) would be so you (Arron) and all of us fans too obviously. Stay strong buddy you have a lot of people who want to see you be the best you can be.

Keep on brother. Been three years for me since I came home from work and wife of 18 years was gone with my baby girl. Still haven’t fully recovered from the pain but time helps. My boat sits and sits. I spend money on fishing stuff planning to go and never do. I just can’t get motivated and sucks to fish alone. Prayer helps and God is faithful!!!!

My family started a fishing resort on a border lake, ontario-minnesota in the late 40's. I was a fishing guide for 8 years of my life. FINALLY our lakes can breathe.

Huge love to you dude. You've been a solo man since day 1. You got this man. Love & attachment is a super weird thing. I'm a, now, single father. I started 6 households with my child's mother over 3 years. She stole from me, lied, cheated and stole a thousand dollars of gold bars from her father's closet to sell for cocaine money. Something I had no idea was even happenining. It's been 6 years. I finally don't have "feelings" for her anymore. Just gotta realize the reality is you and the future and don't let thoughts that make you sad, make you sad. Take it in, breathe in your nose, out your mouth at least three times and carry on with your day. Huge love from Thunder Bay. If you want a couple fishing partner's and are in the area my 9 year old and I would love to hang out.

Aaron. Loved your original video using Panoptix on the ice. Helped me understand how to use it. I wish you would do a video with the original PS-22 Panoptix to find fish on a boat. Some of us just can't afford a Livescope system but can afford the Panoptix. Keep up the enthusiasm for fishing.

Aaron, I don’t know you, and I probably will never meet you unless I’m lucky, but you have helped me through multiple very dark times in my life. Your personality, infectious passion, skills, and ability to film while fishing and teaching makes you the best. You’re a great guy.

If you can find any solace in knowing you make a lot of people (myself included) happy when you are creating content I hope that knowing that might be able to help ease even a small part of your heartache. You have a lot of fans that love and miss your positive and awesome energy... Hopefully you find that passion again!!

Hey Aaron you should do a challenge where u catch fish the old fashioned way, without the electronics. That’s a test for a true fisherman.

Honestly, yes and no. You almost would have never fished mid water hump mid summer unless you got really lucky. Which literally just means trolling shorelines, fishing windy points and mouths of moving water, pinch points and just triangulating your position with three landmarks to remember your spots. I think the definition for true fisherman is using everything you know how to use in order to save time and just be efficient in general while having great success. Go ahead and take all the electronics to a new lake and it will help for sure, but it certainly wouldn't make you learn how to handle the boat or all the other things that just make a good fisherman besides having equipment.

@@justinbouchard great response couldn't have said it better. Sick of seeing comments like this about "take electronics away" on these guys videos. You still need to know what your doing how to change and adapt set-ups to catch fish.

@@fubar8797 Exactly. I have proven the point a few times while guiding friends. "Oh let me run the boat I can do it too." I've literally put them on the spot, on top of the spot. Right in the middle of the bullseye. Minutes go by before we're off the spot and lines are tangled. And that's just boat control while being given the spot lol.

Keep getting well Aaron. heartbreak is a powerful thing, but hobbies and work can occupy the mind and heart until the pain is finally gone. Still the best fishing show on earth.
