    You had position with the Jack's, why did you fold? Kings then Queens, why not play the Jack's too. Perfect spot to be all in against AK and get top 5 in chips..

    @@Weedmc420 A friend of mine solved it with a small risk premium for being deep in a tournament. It's pure fold in a spot like this in the solvers. Thanks for watching and commenting!

    @@BBZPoker Thank you for replying. I just wonder what you'd have done if you saw a flop with all low cards? that's all. I got top 30 in the big 7, and shipped A10 with 20 bigs over a button raise, got called by tens and felt like an idiot. Ryan Depaolo replied saying its a clear shove. But it's like you said, I was doubting it wondering if that spot changes being deep in the tourney, even though it seems stardard.

    How do you know the frequencies of what you are supposed to be doing without using a solver in game? Do you just study non stop? And if you are that good why would you stop playing and only coach i don't get it. Poker is hard even if you know a lot i guess and easier to stake people

  • @BBZPoker

    @BBZPoker

    8 күн бұрын

    I don't really try to the frequencies "right". I think about whether a hand is worth about zero or not and then try to take both paths sometimes. I don't try to do something 30% of the time and do something else 70% of the time. I accept that my strategy wont be perfect up front. Occasionally I might have an appreciation from reps of the actual mix %'s but it's more rare that that's the case. Staking people is definitely not easier. To win with staking the player needs to win (so you have to be good enough to evaluate the players) and you only get 50% of the upside while you eat 100% of the downside. Staking takes 100% of the losses but splits the profits 50-50. It can't be easier than playing. It is more scalable than playing so you can make more money at it if you're successful.

    Favorite Hand High Rollers 23: $5,200 NLHE [8-MAX, Main Event], $2M Gtd - 2000/4000 ante Flop A diamonds 9 hearts A hearts Turn 10 spades River 9 diamonds. Opponent bets 65,880 on the river, BBZ has Q diamonds K spades and said that he feels his opponent has pocket 7'S. So BBZ calls it exactly and calls his hand and calls the 65,880 bet and wins the hand with 2 pair A's 9's with K kicker and pot of 223,520. Loved the call Amazing call!!
