I am a subscriber. Have been following her for quite a while now. I remember watching her videos where she’d take her subscribers on her daily errands etc. In fact I have enabled notifications so whenever she posts a new video I drop whatever I’m watching or doing to view her videos; like I just did a few minutes ago 😊

Trini women could learn a thing or 2.

The fish on the top is called saltfish/codfish and the ones on the bottom is smoked herring. Our ancestors who were brought from West Africa as slaves to work on the plantations used that method(salt and sun drying) to preserve their food. Would love to visit Ghana someday to see where my ancestors originated from

I want to first do an ancestry DNA test to understand my ancestry, and I’d love to visit Goree Island(hope I spelled it correctly, and the door/gate of no return. I’m longing to connect with my African heritage. The islands are very green because we are just coming out of the rainy season.

I think all the Caribbean islands are beautiful. Especially those with beautiful beaches. Our people are very friendly and our foods delicious.

I’m from Grenada, which is neighbor to Trinidad, never knew Trinidad produced cocoa. Grenada is also a big producer of cocoa.

Trudy, after Trinidad 🇹🇹 carnival, you can visit any country in the Caribbean because all roads lead to Trinidad, the whole world 🌎 awaiting ,the vibes are awesome. Trinidad 🇹🇹 🇹🇹 🇹🇹 🇹🇹

The Steel pan was invented in Trinidad and Tobago. In fact All the Steel pans that make up the Steel Pan Orchestra were invented in TnT. There is a lot of rich history that is documented which identifies the development of the steelpans. All the legendary pan tuners pan players and arrangers were born in TnT.. The Panorama festival in TnT is the biggest in the world . The Steel pan today is now part of the Caribbean culture.
