Xavi not playing Vitor Roque iunder the excuse of "he needs to adapt" is weird. Ferran Torres has been having game times over and over,year in year out since he arrived. How well has he adapted? Xavi has a serious problem with his sense of judgement and lacks good taste. Now, what is even more weird is his lack of communication with the player. That is outright infantile to be honest. That a 43 year old man can not look at a child in the eye and tell him why he's not playing him and where he needs to work on and improve is utter insanity. Xavi staying is a huge huge mistake

Not trying to defending Xavi who has his own problem, but with limited time Roque played on field, the boy didn't really prove himself, he looked nervous and had so many poor touches with little impact. La masia players dont take to adapt to the Barca playing style whereas others will need a lot of time specially players coming out from outside of europe. Xavi wanted Roque to slowly develop to a left wing till Lewandowski retires or loses form.

Roque is a very different striker what xavi needs. Roque is a striker who makes runs behind defence and gives intensity in game, whereas xavi needs a striker who has good hold up play. I think roque will need time to adapt he played all of his football in Brazil is just 18 I am sure he will be a good striker. He needs to be patient and wait for his opportunity and not try to rush as it will not be good for his growth

As a whole the team is not responding to Xavi’s tactics or he is just not up to the task. They are much better at developing their own players from their academy because they’re growing up with the same values as the club. La Masia is amazing but if we are honest, in terms of signing and then developing players Barca are not great, there are many youngsters that have not panned out and it’s because Barca are not great at developing talents that came from other academies

You’re right about Pedri but Gavi played for La masia from 2015-2021 he’s definitely an academy product. Just to name a few players that Barca didn’t develop well (all under 23) Malcolm Arthur Melo Andre Gomes Trincao Sergino Dest Puig Mingueza Id also say Fati even though he has time. La masia is much better than La fabrica but if we are talking about being able to nurture young talent from different teams Real Madrid is a lot better Players like Valverde, camavinga, Odegaard (who we sold for a profit) vini rodrygo all came at a young age and we made them stars. Barca has recently been buying stars rather than creating them (Lewandowski, coutinho, Griezmann, Dembele)

When the likes of Chelsea were coming for him he said he loves Barca, he should keep quite and suffer. Nonsense!!!

i love how vitor roque only started one game as a striker and that was when lewandowski was suspended and in that match we played our weakest midfield (No gundogan no de jong nobody) and we couldnt accommodate him with proper support to score goals so that shows you how much he has suffered this season
