So the uncle accepted her as his wife and he plans to bring up her child as his own.

I hope kedar and his wife will have a decent relationship and good harmony between them, and for kedar to not to see another woman as a possibility of a second wife. So their religion allow to have the husband a second wife. Although, I praise your good intention, I agree with the others that she just need to accept them as their grand daughter and take care of her kids if thats the main goal. Getting her as his wife will have complication in the future if the girl decides to love and wed.. having her as grand daughter will also be good for the kids future to avoid complicated questions when he/she becomes adults that would have a more greater impact on him/her personally. I hope you consider this for the betterment of everybody. Thanks for the intention but personally I think its not the best option.
