I still believe the theory that the Primus was the real threat, and that Zovaal was a puppet and we all fell into his plan to gain dominance over all of Death and gain access to Zerith Mortis. Azhara went back and took the pillar of creation she was after the expansion after we left it at the tomb of Sargeras. Currently, the Primus has access to all he needs and could still be working with Denathrius. We were all played like puppets just like in BC when we took out Illidan. The maw walkers were known to be coming to the maw at some point, so he played himself to be the victim.

The last titan is a redeemed Ssrgeras with a lightforged Illidan on his shoulder

I wouldn’t even complain, at that point with how the lore has gone. I’d consider it an insane, out of left field W and light a blunt for the cinematic

You mentioned the old god that “use” to reside within Kaz’algar. That same old god is shown in chronicle book 3, the image of 5 old gods with C’thun in the center. The other old gods on the boarder. That particular old god is shown in the top right corner, buried within roots and vines in the upper right hand corner. This is the same looking face as “the forgotten one” from hearthstone. This is the old god Xal’Ateth is bringing back. Also… could the cavern from Kaz’algar be following “the path of the titans”? Also! You focus on the cracks within the wow logo… did you notice that in the latest cinematic they changed where the world was in the logo, and where the cracks rise up. In the older ones we see the focus over the eastern kingdoms as the cracks spread, in the latest cinematic it’s focusing over Kalemdor, also… I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the cracks sort of look like a rune as the cracks become more apparent.

Remember from legion, in the emerald dream raid, there is void on the dream, Xalatath, still on the knife, talks to us that void remains on the dream. So, just after we plant amirdrasil, the radiant song starts.

It's likely these tunnels are the result of the Earthen, the Nerubians, and the roots of Elun'ahir. It's like the Worldroots and Underway from Warhammer.

I got stuck in a delve yesterday and game kicked me out west of Booty bay.

I went through this exact same frame-by-frame on my own, but at the end of they day it's almost surely just a way to add "diagetic" lighting to the TWW logo. I had fun, though! The real question is, what's going on in Desolace? 🤔

If there actually ends up being a crack in the Maelstrom (between Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor) then voyages between EK and Kalimdor would be almost impossible by conventional methods, which would mean that there will be a need to go the other way around the other side of Azeroth...

What makes you say that? Mariana's trench is in the ocean. You'll sail right over it. The ocean would fill any cracks. You'd only know they were forming due to ocean turbulence. Azeroth also has air ships. A crack wouldn't effect the air. A crack in the ocean means little. Water is effectively self leveling. Unless the water drained due to the crack which would destroy Azeroth, a crack wouldn't stop travel.

The Last Titan will explain that Azeroth has already been corrupted by years of Old God machinations. And we will have to kill Azeroth as the final raid boss of the story. Cleansing the Void Titan and leading into a war with the Void Lords.

The diamond king has been made a pawn. Are we sure sargeras was poisoning azeroth? No. No that is just what we were told. Sargeras was trying to wake up Azeroth. He was attacking I am thinking the strongest lock of her prison. And yes I also agree with that we pumped void magic into the sword which in in turn invaded azeroths heart. Her heart is a crater and we have filled it.

I wonder, if the last old god, was more of a loyal servant to the void lords, and thanks to this loyalty the old gods united to kill it swiftly. Before the Titans came to Azeroth, so when they came to the planet, that last old god wasn't there, perhaps hints was there, but not enough for them to really care about it.

We litteraly did what N'zoth wanted us to do. Without him dying Xalatath couldn't have collected his essence, and summon 5th old god. Theory since chronicles was 5th and hidden old god that WASN'T mentioned in chronicles but WAS in art on the page with all old gods on corners of page we can see there are 5 of them. Theory was 5th one is combination of all other ones, we never knew how that would happen but Nzoth had some really cool relevant lines to it.

What if it wasn't sargeras sword that made the cristal glow but the fact that we discharged priest artifact weapon into the sword

Definitely could be the case although Anduin did say that the crystal changed when the sword came down, however that might just be an aproximate date.

I think the sword poisoned the roots of the first world tree and caused the tree's roots to start either dying or being turned to the void, for the purpose of breaking the safeguards keeping Azeroth imprisoned... I think ultimately his plan was to free her...

Yah saw this a some days ago.. Seems quite legit

The yhing to ask here is when was elun'ahir ripped out? The sundering blew the continent apart so these roots would not have grown that far if they regrew to those areas, why? Most likely it has been tunnelled by the nerubians

how would those roots be there after the well of eternity exploded and after the shattering?

Bad writing, the whole planet tore itself apart yet so much underground civilizations remain untouched.

Plot twist. Sargaras’s sword wasn’t hurting Azeroth, but rather weakening the void and its presence and power on Azeroth. Sargaras could have cleaved the planet, yet he only stuck his sword within it. I think that his sword will be a beacon we re activate once the void is unleashed. That his sword Gorribal the Dark seether, has be refined to absorb the void and shadow, that the eye in its center will be re awoken. Eating the voids presence that is attempting to engulf the planet. A reason why they keep saying “what sword”
