just my two cents, butt ;p ya shoulda deep fried those p-skins after scooping them out-toasted buns and all that...and ya coulda fried that potato hamburger mix but that would just be complaining @this point...looks Awmazing and I'd eat as is and be happy about it, and satisfied...:)
