At least he is having a go at clearing it. He could be sat home watching TV. But he is being active and also getting out and doing something about the blockage

It is good to see your health improving and ways you have found to accommodate for now. Good job.

All the branches by the side of the drainer should be cleaned the out better and wider so the beaver cannot build it back slower.

Why doesn’t he move the rest of debris that’s on the side, all of that should be cleared out of the way.

What’s your beaver dam clearing page? I’d love to see a professional do it.

Having a narrow flow like that, the beaver will close it in around 8 hours. You need to clear the sides.

  • @EternallyGod

Pull in the sides with that much flow....it will get rid of the dam all together and the beavers have to start from scratch which takes a real long time but when you leave part of the dam like you did it takes nothing for them to build back. The more you remove the better and with current it does most of the work.

Well, if you watch closely those "two" cameras are not at the same time. It's edited that way. Because how can he be in front of both of them at the same time like at 13:43 . But it still is a good feature to also see the flow from the exiting pipe for a bit; and proof of his editing skills. 👍

You’re doing a lot of work to remove the debris. May I suggest that once you get the water flowing good like you did. Don’t work against the water flow, pull the debris to the side out of the water flow,( @90 Deb’s). I think that will make it easier so you don’t have to keep removing the debris from the pipe. Keep up the good work! Ro

Nicely done. If the beavers are building back that much in one day, a reckoning is well overdue. Time to call the Conservation Dept., & get a trapper out there to at least reduce their numbers, if not take them out entirely. As it is now, It'll be a full-time job just keeping the culvert open. I don't understand the people suggesting that he just dump the debris into the water flow when they have no idea where it goes. Proof that a little information can be dangerous.
