The bird painting is of a Bittern! They're *quite* rare wetland/Reed birds. They make the most amazing noise when they're calling. Suppperrrr hard to spot in the wild because their camouflage is on point. Bloody love em. 😍

Omg Ant with his cobweb brush. He’s so funny. I love you both in vlogs as I think your chemistry is just awesome. His dry witty comments just make me laugh out loud. So glad you leave those bits in. Can we have a video tour of Ant’s various brushes? 💕

Your house is so beautiful 😻 aesthetically pleasing yet functional. It makes me sad you get hate that it’s not ‘personal’ enough. I’d love to see a video on how you worked with house nine designs. How does the collab process work? Do you give them a brief/ moodboards, budget? Do you ‘approve’ certain pieces etc? I think that’d be super interesting 🤩 xx

Ooo yes I could totally talk through that, but basically I make a pinterest board of what we want, our sourcing preferences (e.g. conscious brands and vintage items where possible) and a budget, Jojo fluffs it out into a formal design and then we go from there! We are sent selections to choose from and then we choose/approve all pieces that are added to our home! xxx

Good idea - we probably won't make a dedicated video on it but we are both good savers. Ant literally works in finance so money is his job, which means he is great with spreadsheet etc! xxx

Loved this, your house is absolutely beautiful. Bella looks so chill. I said Bert for the bird pic. Also, just a side note bananas make other fruits ripen quicker, so it's probably best to keep them separate from your other fruits... However, you both probably eat fruit way quicker than our family so it's probably not an issue :) Hope you both had a great valentines day.

Hey lovelies, I’ve seen a few comments here about iron absorption. Hopefully the following helps... 👍 Iron absorption is inhibited by the tannins in tea/coffee (not by the heat of the drink or the caffeine content). Calcium in milk/fortified non-dairy milks also inhibits absorption. Whereas vitamin C enhances absorption. So it’s a good idea to have an iron supplement with something like a glass of OJ, and then wait a half hour or so before having a cuppa. I hope that helps ✌️💙

The bird might be a Kiwi (from New Zealand). My parents had a similar art piece they brought home from NZ before I was born, it reminded me of that. Loving the house! And seeing Bella on the wall in the kitchen was so cute!! X Jenelle

Love that you take your supplements however my doc told me not to take my iron with hot drinks as it cancels it out or something ? You should wait 1 hour after taking it or before to drink a hot drink. You might have different advice? I just want you to get the best out of your supplements 😘

Tea naturally have compounds called tannins and oxalate which inhibit the absorption of iron, so this might be what your doctor is referring to when telling you to wait after a hot drink.

Zanna which is the best flavoured vegan protein in the range? I tried the chocolate protein that was pre made in bottles and that was delicious, but when i tried the vegan protein powder (chocolate) I found it quite sweet
