    Imagine such knowledge for free, my trainer asked for a huge amount per session, i think if we keep the form correct by observing such gurus like you, we will save a lot of money.

    This is one of the best resistance band workouts that I have done. I have the exact same bands as you and I was having a really hard time finding a good workout to use them. I can feel it in my arms. Thank you for this video!

    The area is called WHakapapa. The W,H is the same with P,H with an F pronunciation like photo or phone.

    Thanks. 2 questions for you: 1. I am assuming that some of these can be done while standing as well. 2. You have done 1 min each side here.. I am assuming we can do 3 reps of each side - 1 min each?

    Just found your channel. After a health crisis filled year I am on the mend. However my muscles wasted away during that time and I am taking up disc golf for recovery purposes. Your workout targets the muscles used in throwing. I intend to follow you for 6 months and note the results. Thanks for being inspiring and encouraging in your chosen task.

    Thank you so much! I found this video at 2:30 AM and thought I would try it. I am an obese wife trying to find ways to lose weight and stop feeling so ashamed of myself. I have thought about going to the gym, which I used to do. But due to a move coming in the next few weeks I cannot justify renewing my gym membership . I borrowed my mom's mini exercise band and followed along and I think this combined with walks around my neighborhood should set me up to become healthier before my husband and I move to our duty station... Thank you!❤❤
