I absolutely love watching your videos! I am attempting to get back my curl pattern after years of relaxing. I think I'm like a 3c 4a curl type. I started working out more to get in shape and the heat damage from keeping up the look has been really bad:( I've been Bantu knotting and coiling for 3 weeks now and have made some curl therapy and hair moisturizing purchases and am remaining patient... When I start feeling that urge to give up I play your tutorials and get rein spired so thanks again Mo.

Yes hun, just keep at it! Add an elasticized treatment (aphogee curlific texture treatment is a good one) to your wash day as a pre-poo treatment and make sure to deep condition with a treatment that has a bit of protein (hydratherma naturals has a protein enriched deep conditioner) to strengthen the hair while also hydrating. It may take up to six months to see a difference.

This is great. I really like your tutorials. I have type 3 hair, and every time I try to diffuse, I feel like it just gets frizzy and doesn't have this type of definition. Maybe it's because I need to try waiting until my hair is mostly dry and diffuse it for longer.
