Yep, I f**ked up...
Second time at Cadwell Park, Was going well through the day, no excuses just pushing too hard towards the end and ended up hooking up, catching the grass a then piling into the armco... 4:50 $$$
Mini is totalled, chassis took too much damage to be worthy of a repair although all the good bits survived so looks like I'll be looking for another shell for a winter project and building a bigger and better mk2!
No harm done, all safely handled by Javelin.
Still gonna send it...

Agreed great driving in general. Just unlucky at gooseneck! These things happen. You’ve taken it in good spirit. Hope you get back on it again soon 👍👍

Amazing driving! top marks for consistency. That actually helped me sleuth trough *the-scene* to notice, a much bigger/wider steering input Makes me guess that the approach at 4:53 was a little hot ( Been there, done that, t-shart... ) none the less, great mini, great work, and keep at it :)
Gutted for you! I’ve just booked here, looks a nice technical circuit. Hope you get some more wheels sorted soon so you can get back on it 👍

Lovely little car dude , lovely smooth gear changes too, me & my father have done Cadwell Park, Mallory Park, Donnington Park, Silverstone South , Anglesey , Croft , all great circuits .
I knew that left was going to be the one to get you. Not because your not a good driver, or the car isn't legit. Awesome car, and you can tell you got some serious driving skills. The way you where pushing those corners, at that speed, it just happens sometimes when your pushing a car like that. But I must admit if it had a different title I wouldn't have seen that coming.

Well I could blame it on picking up a screw in my rear left AR-1 and swapping the rears to ns2-r but at the end of the day it was too much send and catching the grass on the exit point, and not catching the el drifto 🖐

Hey, super sad to see this. Was a well set up car, and you definitely had it under control. Despite the crash fantastic driving. The price we can pay for a small ops. I'm on year 12 of driving coming down from a high HP mustang to a stock 2004 Mini S. If I can ask what power mods did you end up going with? Yours seemed pretty peppy.

@@MrSlvr2000 these things happen! I've got the full spec in one of my earlier vids I think. But basically usual stuff; catcam, 550 injectors, 17% pulley, airtec top mount, GTT intake, janspeed mani, 1320 tomcat and 1320 map got it to 243hp.
