HOW I MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it.

Something I touch different today but with the same results of a nice bar to add to the stack. I absolutely love copper melts they're my favourite. A whole heap of components I've been saving for awhile now and thought they should make a decent size bar which they did. So sit back relax take a load off from your hectic week and most importantly have an awesome safe weekend and I'll see you all in the next one👋🏻😁👍🏻. And if there's any of my vids you've missed to be sure to go back and check them out I would much appreciate it😉

Such an awesome lesson in Life: how ruthless consistency slowly but surely adds up into great things. A seemingly worthless heap of Transistors and Transformers, accumulated one at a Time and collected, transformed into a Copper ingot, and these in turn amassed into a hoard. This my friend is such awesome wealth, not considering today's metal market, but rather the fact that humanity has always, since the dawn of Time, copper.

That mouse you rescued was really cute, and didn't seem too terribly afraid of you handling it. Copper wires are always my favorite to see get bundled and melted, so this video was awesome. Plus seeing the boys running like crazy at the end made my day!

You know last year during our (northern hemispheres) winter (your summer) you would flash us a view of your thermometer. I liked that. You said it was a good day but so far (6 minutes in) no view of thermometer

Great finish on the new prep table! Your drive in store for lumber, would never happen here in the US, some fool would screw that right up.

16:40 | My father used to work in a truck parts factory. The factory worked 24/7, 7 days a week by rotating shifts and off days, except on holidays. It was a holiday, and the next day at work, everything started out normal. They took the metal, put in the crucible (electric crucible?? Idk if it has a certain name, and when it melted, they had to pour it into the container, which brings it to the molds. As soon as the molten metal touched the hanging container, a steam explosion happened, and several people got burns as a result. My father escaped injuries because he found himself under the contained when it happened (and yeah, he shouldn't have been under, because that is dangerous in itself. The final verdict was they did heat the container but not enough.
