Nicely planned out and taking shape with archie in mind. He's a spoilt boy now Rob, nice cosy bed and a belly full of mackie dee for the title of Mcstinky 😅

Looking good, it will make a big difference for both of you swapping the kitchen and seat over, plus having another heater outlet. We put flip up lids on our side facing sofa and found them a pain to use, but we have 10cm thick caravan squabs, might be okay with thinner ones. My little kettle arrived this week, very pleased with it, just need to install the Inverter now so I can use it when we aren't on hook up - Thanks for the recommendation.

Yeah I’ve put lids on this week and they are a nightmare for banging around as I don’t have the cushions as yet… hoping that makes a difference this weekend! We both hope you’re well this week?

@@PackTheVanAndGo Not bad here thanks, hope you're keeping warm up North. You could put something on the underside of the lids like the soft bit of velcro or anything else with a sticky back. We've done that on our lift up bits and the benchtop flip up to the top loading fridge, stops it making noise over bumps and the loo door where it hits the kitchen benchtop. The velcro dots are also good for keeping the cushions on the slats and a pretty cheap solution too.

@@linz_in_NZ yeah I’ve ordered those little plastic dots to cushion the lids and some Velcro to hold the new cushions in place when driving… hopefully that will all help and not strew Archie out 🤷🏼‍♂️

These changes will no doubt be tough and draining at times, but they're more than worth the benefits they'll bring. Thanks for sharing with us. Here's to another winter season of awesome adventures with Archie The Wonder Dog. 😉 Take care mate and best wishes. 👍
