Oooh I really need to read more Juliet Marillier!! And The Warm Hands of Ghosts was really good, but if I hadn't known it was written by Arden I would never have guessed. So different, but equally emotionally impactful! Great haul 🤩

Oh that's good to know that warm hands of ghosts is very different to winter night and not to go in with those expectations for it

another great haul! enjoyed watching it. your warm hands of ghosts edition is sooo beautiful! also loving the runes on the fate inked in blood hardcover. i really need to get on with the carissa broadbent trilogy. read daughter of no worlds last year and was positively surprised. i’m in the same boat as you regarding the atlas series, only difference being that i got the illumicrate editions. positive thoughts and 🤞for us! have a lovely weekend, abby, and happy reading! 💜

Publishing have been putting out some very pretty editions lately (and just in standard or Waterstones editions) Figners crossed we both love the rest of the Atlas series 🤞

I'd not heard of Books Please but I will definitely be checking them out!

What a great haul! I really missed Book Depository. They even delivered during lockdown to Malaysia where I am. I just checked out Books please, looks really promising 👍. Veronica Speedwell sounds really good 😊.

Hi Abby, so excited to see the Veronica Speedwell books as ive been trying to collect them too! I have been searching all over the place so this pleases me. I havent tried Abby Jimenez but I must get one of her books. Carissa Broadbent is definitely a favourite author along with Danielle L Jansen and Sarah J Maas. I ended up with two A fate inked in blood books but both different editions. I need to reread olivie Blake too. I want to get the warm hands of ghosts although I'm a bit wary as it's based during the war and that's a trope I dislike but her writing is beautiful so will try. Hope you are good and glad your doing your 5000 piece puzzle. That must be challenging.😊😊
