Good to see 👀 John John out at sunset making big turns like you. John John hates crowded lineups and tends to avoid pipe like the plague. The guy lives right there, but said the Jay Bay contest was his first barrels of the year.......

A dream quiver ! Those boards look very nice ! I like the color job. I know it is foam color , but it imitates when glassers put color in the lamination coat and the razor cut line accentuated the shape.

❤ so great to see you charging hard over there :) the boards are AMAZING :) great great color selections, designs, and combination, and they look so striking while you are surfing, contrasting and very visible on the wave surfaces, while also showcasing your drawn lines and maneuvers against the similar colored stationary skyline. so epic :) also, the fact that they are the same colors on top and bottom is perfect, as is the fact that the entire board is solid color with color rails, and also really showcases the maneuvers and drawn lines by emphasizing those sharp beautifully shaped CI blades. These are some of my favorite boards of yours yet. great to see you wearing a helmet also. pipe looks heavy and hectic, especially those sets. you did great on the waves you caught, and looked excellent with your lines and stance :) sunset looked super fun and great size. have fun, be good, be safe, and stay present and focused. and, enjoy this time and all the great waves you are surfing :)

More length dependant. For pipe I’ve been on a 6’2 a lot and for sunset and 6’4 and even 6’6 which is a big step up from my 5’8 shortboard

You know pipe is pumping when the top female surfers 🏄‍♀️ are afraid to drop in. Puts the wave more into perspective for us non pro's. Watching the videos of the North Shore Boys surfing pipe is an unrealistic look at what it's really like in the water. A crowded, intense, testosterone fueled, near death experience 🤙
