It's all about time and money. Adidas spent years designing, testing and finally releasing. BBB announced a shoe and designed one in months, they started selling them with NO FORMAL testing. Why do you think bigger shoe companies put so much time and money into testing? Cause they want to get it right. I own the LeBron 15 ghost, and the ZO2'S so I can be the true judge. Of course the LeBron 15 is slightly better cushioning, but the ZO2 is actually really comfortable, and has much better stability. I fell on my ass countless times hooping in the 15's because they have no outrigger on them.
