I love this series for two major components one you're going to have the freedom to explore different avenues, and different colors of the chameleon while still staying true to your "food" roots, some people venture off and they want so desperately to show their different personality traits that they stared their channel to far to the left and end up in the ditch metaphorically this allows you to still stay in the "food relevant" tagline while we get to see a more broad and interesting perspective perspective. Which then has subcategories of interest whether it is teaching people how to cook, but to be honest I just like the idea that food can bring a family home, and the fact that your cooking with your friend and enjoying time in just such an organic way to express what the idea of food can do when its not "convenient-fast food".

Man, Paul is just great to watch do his thing. And of course Ken commenting and questions👌🏻

This may be my favorite series yet on your channel! I love all your videos, of course, but these are awesome to watch! :-)

Paul really really really needs to do his own channel - it'd do brilliantly well and he's already got a good number of subscribers here!

This has become my favorite series on your channel, Ken. Paul is good in front of the camera, his personality adds to these videos. Man, I wish my best friend was a chef!

I’m from San Diego California and this burrito would make any San Diegan drool! I would put the chipotle peppers in with the red sauce. 👍🏻🤓❤️🌯 and I love making my own tortillas. So super easy and fun. In Old Town San Diego they are notorious for making handmade tortillas in the windows of the restaurants.
