500 g lean beef mince
500 g pork mince
1 egg
200 g rolled oats
5 tbsp flat parsley - finely chopped
2 tbsp Greek olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 medium toms/ 1 medium carrot chopped
2 cloves garlic
salt & pepper
Accompany with Greek lemon potatoes.
