The question isn't so much whether Joe Biden is capable, which he likely is, but whether the American public perceives him that way in sufficient numbers to re-elect him. American voters unfortunately have to choose between a demonstrably untrustworthy candidate (Trump) and one who would be well into his mid 80's by the end of his second term if elected.

Hmm! Biden should be referred to as President Biden, not Mr. Biden. Not sure why reporters do this, with all Presidents. When they are in office they refer to them as Mister, but once they leave office they will call them President (inset last name).
