I’ve always wondered why no one has been explaining that we are not the only country experiencing inflation, the whole world experienced inflation because of Covid. United States inflation was one of the lowest in the world. Every 10 years the cost of everything doubles and the salaries double. So every 10 years we are experiencing 100% inflation! All of this needs to be brought out so the public will hear it and understand it

Inflation is the way to pay for redistributive taxation. The money will always flow to the top. The middle class pays for it. This guy includes the bounce back jobs as job growth and doesn’t mention all the people who left the workforce and are not part of unemployment. We have a lot of unproductive people. Question everything this guy says.

Gene Sperling should be out campaigning every day for President Biden. He should have rallies everywhere. People will listen to him because he is very powerful and what he knows and how he says it. He is extremely interesting and intelligent, and people will listen to him.

Nothing but a party political broadcast.

If only President Biden and his team could do these type of interviews daily, the message might get out there. The media certainly won't, as some of those headlines showed (not that the WSJ and NYPost are exactly politically neutral, but even so).

Major, your questions are fanboy softballs. The economy isn’t our financial status. It can be strong if you borrow 3.5 trillion. And when this guy says prices are coming down he should say they aren’t rising as fast as they were.

The Biden administration needs to send him out everywhere to give interviews and have to campaign, and popular supporters should push links to videos like this. I see great videos like this and Frontline: Democracy on Trial, and I think Hillary, Obama, Biden, and others have millions of followers, but they don't tweet or share videos or links to contact like this on their social media.

That’s disgusting. So that’s why the prices are going higher, so the CEO can pocket all those extra dimes and nickels!

Minimum wage went up 20+ dollars in California, from 7 to 10 dollars in Minimum wage and union gotten higher income. I live in Connecticut and taxes are at all high because of chris murphy and richard Blumenthal not working to find any solution for the greater problems , everything is 6% to 18% higher at the store.

When I went back into the medical field -- started at minimum wage -- $2.25 an hour !! Had to work a lot of overtime!! ( This was in 1984 ) !!!
