To install tubeless tire in tubeless rim, it's quite easy. Please show us the method of installing regular tire in clincher rim with sealant (without tube). Usually it is very difficult.

Driving on unpaved roads is really much better and more comfortable. I forgot all about patches and spare tires. There's no point in bothering with it for commuting or infrequent trips on asphalt, as you need special tires and rims that are not cheap. In addition, the sealant does not work well at high tire pressure
