    The effort you have put into these videos is outstanding. Thank you, I have major shoulder issues, related to a dislocation, fracture of the clavicle, posterior sternoclavicluar joint dislocation, on the right and a vacuum phenomenon on the left AC. If you have anything thank could explain the vacuum phenomenon I would like to see it. As it is so painful. Probably as painful as the first rib and SC joint.

    I hope you notice this question. What happens if the biceps brachii (long head) or even (short head) snaps from the shoulder tendon? The patient can still move their arm, but is there going to be a "functional problem" of the arm or none? Any problems that could arise with also the nerves or none?     Just here learning about the activation of the biceps. My left one is slightly smaller than the right no matter how much I train it in isolation. Will be on the triceps next then quads so I can make sure my form is correct.

    I'm getting shoulder pain after bicep workouts and chest workouts. Feels like a sense of impingement. It flares up every so often. Stretching doesn't seem to do much for it anymore.

    As a word of caution for Jiu Jitsu practitioners, I tore the Transverse Humeral Ligament is what the MRI showed. My Doctor and I believe it was from overextending my arm and fighting to regain it when training Jiu Jitsu as my opponent tried to armbar me. So be careful.
