Get some exercise if you can. Shift your focus to pleasing God. Don't believe the lies of the enemy. There's usually a pattern. Ask the Father for the Holy Spirit to show you lies in your life. Spend as much time daily in the word as you can!

It takes also you reading and studying and meditating on God's Word

I think the best way to explain this is that we can't control random thoughts popping up in our head because we are tempted. But we can control our way if thinking and what we dwell on.

I had this and I didn't know that it was wrong, what had happened was I had gotten held onto and I felt it get shaken out of me. So you may need to have someone lay hands on you for healing/casting out devils Otherwise, just know that God is a deliverer, he does not intend that ANYBODY be a slave to the enemy, even to somebodies own thoughts. If you have uncontrollable thoughts, declare that GOD the almighty, has you in his wing like a bird has her chicks. Let his compassion overflow your body and think of his face (brighter than the sun) And I pray that this person be unchained from his thoughts, by Jesus name I declare that this person be no longer a slave to evil anymore. AMEN get well soon sibling 🥹
