Here question is, swathi has not tenderd resignation as ordered by kejrival to replace her place to Abhishek Manu singvi, for fighting his party, & got bail, so to gift him an rs seat. If she obligation as a loyal party worker, no incident. She elected by aap mla , not by general public, so aap / Aravind has right to ask her to step down for Abhishek Manu singvi, who is helping for party & him. Swathi has not utterd single word, when he was in jail, instead she went to usa for treatment of her sister, instead taking treatment from Aravind s world class mohalla clinic. In this case SC need not worry because he is a serial offender. Prashant bhushan yogendra yadav prof anand were beaten up chief secretary was beaten up in the old CM house and now in Sheeshmahal lady was beaten up.

This kind of beating happens only when (1) Sex or (2) Money is involved. Rajya Sabha seat is only symbolic issue. SC judges, Sanghvi.. all look some messy business. It is hard to believe that Modi, Shah or our investigative agency will over look this angel.

There is WhatsApp msg going round in Maliwal case. It seems Singhvi promised Kejri that he would get him bail through his influence in SC and quid pro quo is that kejri promised him RS seat apar from kefty fres running to crores. Anyway that is only liquor money and not kujili's money. To accomodate Singhvi, kejri summoned Maliwal and asked her to resign RS MP post to give the same to Singhvi, the blue eyed boy of SC judges. Maliwal refused as it is also going round the news that she had paid money for the seat. To make her resign she was assaulted. The entire narrative goes viral. The portion of Hin'ble judge that kejri was not a history sheeter and he will not run away is all eye wash. Every one knows this kejri including the bench. But to accomodate Singhvi the so called bail granted and it is all putting a shame in SC which is already tottering for credibility and impartiality issue. Judiciary is also not left by tool kit operators to dislodge Modi. In fact it is the main part. Gone of impartial judges era. Now these men are pariwarwad only. Collegium system is only accomodation and nothing else be it Top judge or other benches. The judges are refusing to release their wealth details why? Why they fear ED powers because it applies to them also. Hence they act against constitution. Right time to bring judicial reforms to bring transparency there. There is some thing which lacks - credibility, honesty and integrity. As a tax payer I am expressing my anguish that SC is no exception in regard to ..

It is good that Kejriwal is out of jail, because after his elections-debacle he cannot blame PM/BJP/SC for settling amongst them.
