Thank you for your video. I have a question could you please answer me. I have a survey to compare 2 products with 13 questions. how I can consider inferential statistics to try and account for potential bias in questions?

Ooo...I'm no statistics expert, but one suggestion I would have would be to ask a question that you would expect similar responses on in two different ways. If the results are not nearly the same, then there is likely a bias in the question. I hope that helps! 👍
