Finally the real TD is back after so long...

No it’s not software problem. Air India not giving proper service. I travelled from Air India in 2022 from Canada to India, we faced same problem even seats are not reclined 16 hours flight and we seated straight with no entertainment system. And same problem I heard from other peoples also. Not recommended to anyone go with Air India flight.

Still same in 2024 Jan - Feb. They give excuses but it is not a software or IT issue. Air India should have fixed at least this basic issue. Staff is amazing but the quality of aircraft is 💩.

Had the same experience from London to Delhi in Airindia. Same on return. Their multi media is out of order for quite a few years now and they always have the same reply: software issues, will reboot the system. But it never works

I knew this long back and personally experienced it. Air India became worse under the TATA.. At least the screens were working under the Govt few years back. Its not software problem , most screens in internationals flight of Air INDIA doesn't work.🤷‍♂🤷‍♂ really missing JET airways !

Mai bhi Germany to india travel karta hu, Air India jaisi garib ghatiya airline kabhi nahi letaa. Mai hamesha front aisle seat prefer karta hu jiska inbuilt Tray or screen hoti hai. Usme bas ek problem hota h, seat k inner side me button hoti h, galti se dabti rehti h. Air hostess aati rehti h baar baar, sir aapne bulaya puchne. But legroom mast hota h aur toilet paas hota h 😂😂😂😂

I had a same experience with AIR INDIA delhi to toronto and london to delhi flight ___never gonna fly with with air india again until they improve their customer experience ___imagine on 16 hour flight with no entertainment and flight information

I too had bad flying experienc in these air india planes when i travelled to Netherlands these planes dont even have charging ports....no entertainment options working only music is available that too only 2 bollywood movie albums...

Air India staff always says the same thing that they have problem with their software and they can only do is reset the system. But after resetting also it’s the same. I took Air India in January from paris to Mumbai and return and the experience were same both the times. Air India is only good when you have 2bags of 30kgs.

Air India flights are not passenger friendly, they are for cargo friendly Travelled Air India Toronto to Delhi and had the same issue, the armrest was plastered and backseats cushion was falling apart. I paid around $2900 for the flight.
