Three bills introduced in the Lok Sabha on August 11 seek to transform India’s criminal justice system. The bills are the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, which seeks to replace the Indian Penal Code, the Bharatiya Sakshya Bill, which seeks to replace the Evidence Act and Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, which seeks to replace the Criminal Procedure Code.
This week on Let Me Explain, Anna Isaac looks at the major changes proposed in the BNS Bill.

What are the those offences, penalties etc of IPC, CRPC, Indian Evidence act , which have been omitted in the new laws?
No protection for married men. Such a shame.
Criminal should be punished hard otherwise no use of new criminal court bill... criminal Sud hv fear otherwise no use of this

If there is no English version than.... Its hard for ppl who can't read & write hindi but can speak.... This BJP government r playing with innocent public unnecessarily.... In the recent Arbin kejirwal got arrested now bcoz the election is near But there are many BJP minister as well who did committed crime etc if i m not wrong... What about their cases??????????????? Apart not lawyer ,its advocate. Mam make different between these 2 terms
