relaxation of your flesh, is the meaning of life. I figured that out once. I was blissful just laying in my bed. This state of being lastet ca. 1-2 month. It was heaven on earth.

@@lordnelsonmc.billionberg9166 in Theravada, that experience is called "passadhi". Its not the end goal according to the Buddhas Teachings. Overcoming Ignorance of the mind-body , to realise from direct experience that there is no " being" but a collection of different miniscule physical (Rupa)and non physical elements ( Nama), always changing, not within our control, originating and disappearing due to presence and absence of combination of causes , is the goal. When one is able to see the true horrific nature of the mind- body phenomena, the craving/ attachment to "self" dissappears, and liberates the person from cycle of continuous existance.

My dopamine overloaded brain can only watch buddhist lectures on 1.5 to 1.75 speed. Try it out, if it is to boring for you, to watch these great lectures. Much love from Germany.

39 : the body only exists to gain knowledge and wisdom on reality, to liberate ourselves from suffering 40 : suffering is not aches and pains, suffering is the insatiability of our desires

This is a rel master. Some self-proclaimed guru are distorting Buddhism. There's Eckhart Tolle and his likes.

How foolish you are? If he was to take your perspective, what kind of monk would he be? The dharma isn't selective based on race. It's for those that are brave enough to walk the path. Dharma is beyond race and culture.

Speak for yourself my friend. There are plenty of "European origin ppl" who love and follow this teacher and plenty of others. No one is forcing it on you. Unlike Christianity there is no "convert or be damned" in Buddhism.

If you have stress, anxiety, addictions or any other affliction. This dhama is the only teaching that will show you how to liberate yourself. Its wisdom and science its not a religion. Buddhism religion is something different.
