Venerable Banthe Gunaratana and Monks, thank you indeed for the work you do to post all your work online to help us that live so far away (close to Venice, Italy). English is not my mother tongue and I hope there is no misinterpretation in my question: if there is no one that can control all what is impermanent, who is observing all the changes? I am often wondering on this. I would be please to read your answer. Thank you
