Hari Om Yogishri🙏🙏🙏 Thank you Swamiji for today’s wonderful discourse. Pranams Guruji🙏🙏 For attracting abundance in both in worldly and spiritual path, complaining attitude should be removed from our mind and we need to start practicing gratitude, love and affection. Only understanding of this knowledge is not enough, sincere and sustained efforts is required to put them into practice. Comprehensive understanding and practice of this wisdom is the key and has to be applied in all aspects of our life like Karma, Bhakti and Knowledge. Our focus may be in one of these aspects but we should never move away from working on the other aspects At advanced stage and at the highest level, one mantra is good enough for evolution at body, prana, mind, thought and soul level. At advanced stage, only at soul level we can attain self-realisation. In order to reach that stage, we need to put into practice the principles at that inspires us at relative level, with utmost dedication and determination. Instead of doing different things, if we do one thing in a different way for our evolution and growth. Goals should always be set with specifics, connected to our emotions and ingrained into our system. When the goals are deep into our system, higher Sakthi will automatically flow into our system. Our energy patterns will attract circumstances and situations that will set up things for us to achieve our set goals. We need to put our heart and soul into everything we do. It all boils down to where we put our faith, it should always be on what we want rather than what we do not want. Accordingly, our energy will flow towards what we want. There is a huge difference between attachment and emotionally connected to our goals. Attachment will connect us to our goal in a negative way whereas emotionally getting connected to our goals will generate positive vibrations. All rituals and practices are to purify ourselves. We should do everything with an attitude of worship. Thanks again for such a deep and an amazing meditation session installing subtler Sadhana aspects in our deeper minds 🙏🙏🙏

Hari Om Yogishri 🙏 Changing our energy patterns of complaining about what is lacking and instead becoming very grateful for all that we have been blessed with, and being humble will help us to practice the principle of Srishta (creating). These by themselves are very powerful practices. Comprehensive understanding and practice (not being unidimensional) will deepen our sadhana and help us grow. We need clarity and determination in our goals. Our emotions should be fully connected with it. This'll pull our entire personality towards the goal. This then changes our energy patterns and conducive situations get attracted to enable us achieve our goals. All our life situations emanate from our energy patterns only. We have to put in the effort to identify and release our negative energy patterns through sadhana. This is true healing. Abundance: Keep stretching to the next level and put in all efforts towards that. Ornamented/ Decorated: Adding value to all our actions. Striving to do the best. Putting our heart and soul and giving our best to our satisfaction. Abandoning: Being detached. (emotional connection to the goal is not attachment). Doing everything to the best of our ability and letting go without clinging and needing. Not depending on the object for our happiness and fulfillment. What freedom this state must be!! Letting loose: Practice detachment to the extent where the object drops off by itself. Thank you so much Yogishri 🙏

Hari Om Yogishri, Thank you so much for today's very deep discourse and powerful meditation. It is really changing our foundation itself. Thank you. Some important points from today's discourse: - By developing qualities such as gratitude and humility, we aid in developing the sristva aspect. - various points of sristva: 1. Ascertaining a goal. 2. Determination 3. Emotional connect - we need to change how we feel about the goal and remove any fear or negative emotions relating to it. We should do it over and over till it becomes deep rooted. 4. Abundance - always go for the best and maximum. 5. Decoration - we need to do everything with aim to achieve perfection. 6. Detachment 7. Letting go - while emotional connect must be there, we must not be weak and attached to the goal. We need to be emotionally connected to do our duties to achieve the goal but being detached removes that anxiety caused by result orientedness. Thank you so much Yogishri. Today's discourse and the last few discourses have been very very life transforming. I'll practice the principles mentioned today to develop a strong emotional connection with my goals. 🙏🏻.

Hari AUM. Thank you Sri Yogishri. Some of the points I garnered from the discourse are as follows: Humility and gratitude prepares one to make a complete transformation. The factor that may act as a block for one to inner progress is complaining. Understanding and constant practice of the principles are needed. Jnyana, bakthi, dhyana, and karma yoga are essential for a complete balanced transformation. Sadana must be done in a multidimensional balanced way for a complete personal development. The same principles are given in a variety of ways to keep it interesting. Daily sadana improves the capacity to focus which leads one to absorb principles. By performing one thing in different ways leads to self-realization. One must not be discouraged by the vastness of the principles which acts as a block for spiritual progress. A creator is one who will not focus on the negative aspect of an issue but instead focuses on positive aspects which attracts positive entities to support one’s goal. Healing is changing ones energy pattern into a positive one. In the name of contentment, one must not become tamasic. One must have single pointed focus. The 5th dimension of SrishtvA is ornamented or decorated. Any action must be done in a perfect way by putting heart and soul into it without worrying about recognition from others. The 6th dimension of SrishtvA is abandoning or detachment. Attachment is obsession with an entity which leads to anxiety and emotional turmoil. The 7th dimension of SrishtvA is letting loose or letting go. The one who is totally happy would let things go. The first 6 dimensions represent pulling an arrow on a bow’s string and the last dimension is letting the arrow go and reach its target.

Humble pranams , Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏 Thanks for today's very powerful session followed by the meditation where you installed all the principles in the deepest layers of my mind. I have the power to create the energy patterns in my life and make my life happy and fulfilled. Complaining should be replaced with gratitude and humility. Capacity to entertain myself will improve as I keep doing yoga sankirtan and I will never feel bored. Shrista has many dimensions: 1. Be clear on what I want 2. Be determined to achieve my goals 3. Be emotionally connected to my goals. Without having strong emotion or passion ,my goal will not get manifested 4.Look for abundance. Go for the best. There should not be laziness or tamasic contentment 5.Ornamentation - Give my heart and soul and do it as perfectly as possible. 6. Abandoning - Be detached and let go. Function so well yet be detached. Otherwise will become either possessive or obsessive over the object or person and lose happiness 7. Let loose - practice abandoning until I completely lose it. Krishna did his best in teaching the various principles of Bhagavad Gita to Arjuna but he never expected Arjuna or forced him to change. Yatha icchisi thatha kuru,Arjuna. Similarly, in life , we need to find what is best for my close ones and help them succeed and not force them to do what I want. That is love. Thank you so much, Yogishri for teaching these wonderful principles and uplifting my consciousness week after week. I used to react immediately for every little thing in life which had caused lot of damage to me. But somehow i am getting patience and able to postpone my reactions nowadays. Thanks for keeping on sending the healing energy. Nothing is possible without your grace and God's blessings. Please help me in overcoming my tamasic nature( don't know how many janmas of tamas I hold)which is blocking my progress and i am unable to overcome on my own. Ananta koti pranams to you 🙏🙏🙏

Hari Om Yogishri...Pranams... --> These discourses are so deep and organised, we really need a lot of focus and open mind to accept them. A disturbed mind will easily go to sleep in the discourse. The mind will never want to fathom this much of depth. And not to talk about implementing them. --> As our master unfolds the wisdom of life layer by layer, some times mind truly gets disturbed, annoyed and angered. Right in the middle of the discourse. It does not want to listen that particular area. It wants the master to stop talking immediately. --> But, yet we are humans. We are the creatures who are living on this planet earth with full intelligence. That intelligence has questions. It seeks answers. But some other forces resists to seek. These forces are clearly telling with more force to stagnate and devolve. What kind of tussle is this. And we the humans got caught up in this infinite tussle. I am reluctant to use any loose words about this whole phenomenon. I used to do that before. But as the magnitude is becoming bigger and bigger, more and more awe is created. And more kind of curiousness about our masters. That how these ingenuous humans could come out of this phenomenon. --> Now coming to the discourse, as we all know, the science of materialization is being explained in last discourse and today also. Four principles were explained thoroughly in the last discourse and two today. But, before that, again the importance of gratitude, humility and humbleness are explained. These divine qualities are really necessary in our life. Because, how much ever we are successful, without gratitude feeling, we will be carrying a sense of uneasiness around us. And people will around us will not like it. Then the whole thing will fall. It will definitely fall. --> The four principles which were explained in last discourse and today as well are: 1) Clarity of Goal or Goals 2) Determination 3) Emotional Connection with the Goal 4) Abundant The two more principles are: 5) Ornamentation 6) Abandonment --> Ornamentation: This is where the mind got really disturbed, angered and annoyed. The rustic mind will never want Fineness, Polishness. Grace in presentation. All of us have unique talents. Raw talents. But to polish them and present it is a different ball game all together. Very few humans are able to do it. That is why they are more successful. And you know what, when it is said that it is an eternal process, the mind is getting more irritated. Master, I really need help here. Pin pointedly. Please help me. --> Abandonment: And at the end, just see, where the whole science or philosophy ( whatever we may call) is ending. Giving it up. Let go. Let it go, then only it will hit the bulls eye. We put whole efforts keeping at the back of our mind about the whole phenomenon and then let go. Just see what happens. Thank You really so much Yogishri....

*Whatever it is that we do, we must do it with our heart and soul* Another powerful dimension of Shrista - that is creation or production. In order to achieve something, what is important is to be assertive, determined, be joined or be emotionally connected to it, think of abundance and ornamentation. What matters is that we think best and choose best. What we do we do it with all interest and add quality to what we do. Quality is important than the quantity. Gita discourses give us the same principles in different angles. Everytime is has a new variation and that makes it more inspiring for us, even the length of the Bhagavat Gita is inspiring. When we want something we must focus on what we want and not on what we don’t want. The energy pattern is very important. It is according to our energy pattern that results come to us. Where is our focus. Do not let tamas come in or postpone things. Our results show up as per our efforts in the direction. The other dimension of Shrisha is to be detached. When we do something we do it best for ourselves, not to impress others. Detachment is to give our best and let go. Do not attach to the fruits of it. Detachment is to be objective. Thank you Yogishri for all such practical and powerful principles. 🙏🏻

Namaste Guruji, It is amazing how your messages are always very pertinent to the personal issues in life. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to listen and learn. What I learnt today: Avoiding complaining, practising being humble and grateful will enable us to absorb the dimensions of Shrishtah better. An unidimensional approach will delay learning. We should be aware of both what is ideal and what should be avoided to prevent failure. Clarity in goal is essential in every domain for progress. Determination is the second attribute needed for success. Shrishtah is process of emotional connection to a goal.We change the energy pattern within us which attracts experiences in our life. 5.Shrishtah:ornamental or decoration,do everything striving for perfection.not just to get it done.Put your heart and soul into it.whether it is recognised or not. 6.Abandoning:detached,attachment causes anxiety, fear 7.Let loose:don’t depend on it for your happiness The first few dimensions of Shrishtah are related to improving our effort and the last two help in avoiding stress and improve chances of aches our goal. With sincere thanks, Usha

Hari Om Yogishri! Thank you so much for this beautiful session. Variety and Repetition in Yogic Training While there are many principles that are taught during the yogic training, thye are essentially the same one principle of divinity. When one understands this, one will not feel burdened by the vastness of the principles rather than be inspired by it. Secondly the nature of the yogic truth is that it takes constant repetition for the mind to be able to absorb the truth. However repetition makes the mind get disinterested, as such it is becomes imperative to provide the same principles in different forms. > Main Principles and Associated Principles While a particular key principle may be emphasised in a verse, there are always other principles which go with this main principle. These may be introduced as associated principles. However, in practice these princples go together. For instance, along wiith srishtuva or creation, humility and gratitude go together. Even though they may be associated principles, the principle of creativity cannot be undertaken without these. Aspects of Shrishtva (The Principle of Creation) >Ascertain - Be very specific about what you want, otherwise it is not possible to manifiest it. >Determine >Connection - Connection at every level of your personality >Abundance - Do everything with a feeling of abundance. Do not compromise in the name of false contentment. Aim always for the best of everything >Ornamentation - Do everything with perfection, provide that extra level of decor to everything that you do. > Abandonment Once you put in all the efforts, leave it to itself > Let Loose Remove attachment from it. Whatever the object, you should not be dependent upon it for your happiness. ///

Hari 🕉 Yogishri 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you Yogishri for all these v.powerful-practical tips to handle the mind..in fact this following tip was amazingly useful in pulling my mind from the problem and focusing on what I want . I felt great relief as i didnt cry or stress for long..in a matter of minutes I bounced back… I was objectively alert enough to avoid all these usual tantrums of the mind. I was able to deal with the issue without draining myself too much. Deeply-deeply grateful Sir. ###Start putting efforts to connect your emotions to whatever you want in life but if you observe the default setting of your mind, is that the emotions are attached to whatever you don't want; if u want to be a creator, check where your mind is associated with..your whole personality is preoccupied with the problem..u need to conquer this by reversing this weakness of the mind and you decide where your mind should get connected to. Train your mind to shift focus from problems to what you want in life ..conquer this weakness of mind, 🕉 Shri Gurubhyo Namaha.🙏🙏🙏 Your humble Sadhak

Most grateful to You 🙏 On 21 July i will be in Seringeti wild life forest in Africa. But i am very sure Your blessings will reach me as a Guru is shakshat, present everywhere. Hari Om Very powerful session today 🙏 Srishtva - 1. To create - we need to create our life , be a creator and be clear of the goals in our life 2. Ascertainment/ determination - ascertain our goal very clearly and be determined to it. Take efforts 3. Connect - emotionally connect to the goal and have faith in what I want and not in what I don't want . Have immense faith in achieving what we want 4. Abundance - Work on getting and creating abundance in life. A ful filled life with achievement 5. Ornamentation / Decoration - Aligning in a proper manner. Give our best efforts in a proper way and achieve the desired goal. 6. Abandonment - Not to be attached towards the goal. Be emotionally connected but not get obsessed by it and not to be anxious. 7. Let loose - Having taken all these efforts let go of it.. just as an arrow is pulled with lots of effort in a string and it is let loose so that it reaches the desired destination. My happiness does not depend on this. We, as Sadhaks, need to implement and practice these in order to manifest and achieve our goals life 🙏 Stop the mode of complaining about the present situation and focus on gratitude Thank you Yogishri 🙏🙏 My heartfelt gratitude and humble Pranams 🙏🙏

HariOm Guru Ji.. Mesmerizing session. Could feel how we should act in world. Especially the last 2 points today is something probably easy to understand but difficult to practice. So various dimensions of Shristha are # 1 Being a certain ( be clear what you want - goals ) 2. Fully determined to acheive those and ready to put all efforts 3.Being emotionally connected to goals ( point2 will become automatically yes) 4. Abundance .. go for best Being satisfied with what you have does not mean contentment. It is Tamas. You have to strive to acheive one level above. 5. Ornamentation . Put your heart and soul in whatever you do. It will automatically become worship. 6. Abandoning.. Letting go. Play your role and come out of that. 7. Let loose .. your happiness should not be dependent on that. Your mind is so attached and never gets into letting go mode .. this is manana for this week. Thank you sir Ashish

Namaste Yogishri, here are some points I could recollect from today's powerful discourse: The more you complain, the more you attract negative things in life, e.g., you will attract people that encourage similar negative energy. Whenever we face a problem, the mind likes to attach itself to it. For example, it (mind) keeps on worrying about the problem. Instead, divert your mind to look for solutions. It is said that all diseases originate in the mind! How interesting :) The next dimension of srushti is "ornamentation" or "decoration". We should always aim for the best in everything we do. The reason our traditions involve carefully decorating idols everyday is to inculcate this attitude. Instead many people do pooja and decoration out of fear. If a sadhak practices the above principle consistently, there will come a day when anything offered by the world pales in comparison to the goal of god realization. Humble pranams, Deepak

Hari Om Guruji, Pranaams 🙏 Thanks for yet another powerful session today with the blast of energy. As mentioned by you the points may look different but it's only leading to one thing and only different approaches are taken as our mind is not ready to absorb the highest message but in essence it's the same thing which is told in different ways. Also we should approach our sadhana in a multidimensional way and not in unidimensional way as this will pave the way for our overall or wholistic growth. Even in Bhagavad Gita each chapter focuses or emphasizes on one thing but if we take all the chapters that makes the Bhagavad Gita the text. So one principle could be the main principle in one chapter and others as supportive but in other chapter this supportive principle could be the main principle hence we should do wholistic practice and have totality view and not take or pratice principles in isolation. With respect to the dimensions of sristva right from Ascertain, determined, joining or emotional connect followed by abundance , decoration and finally let loose or being detached was very powerful. If we can pratice this in different activities of our life then it can help us in our spiritual growth and development. The thing which came to my mind when you said the last point is the way in cricket how Dhoni helps the team to win the matches and then just move on without any strings attached. Even as Lord says to Arjuna after giving out the entire wisdom that you do whatever you feel right was very powerful. Thanks once again for the powerful session today. Sadhak- Narayan

Hari Om Yogishri, Thanks much for the wonderful wisdom from today's session. Few points I am able to recollect :- The entire Bhagavad Gita revolves around the principle of That Thou Are, and each of the 18 chapters are made from a central theme, like Karma Yoga in this chapter. Each of the verses further contain variety of examples and wisdom which are supportive of the central theme. Although the supportive examples are deep principles within themselves they are covered in-depth when the context arises, otherwise they play a supportive role. As a Sadhak I must understand that, although the wisdom is huge and voluminous, keeping the central theme in-mind and absorbing all the wisdom is essential. As we practice one after the other, every week, the further reinforcement of the central principle happens. A comprehensive understanding and practice of all the principles needs to be done leaving supportive principles will not work, everything has to be taken care. As a sadhak i have to understand the blocking factors and aiding factors. If all is not taken care then, the edifice will fall apart. I can relate to this since it has happened in my past experiences also. We then saw next 2 dimensions of Shrishta - Ornamented or decorated - meaning whatever you do, present it well. Not only so that receiving person will be happy, but inherently it shows good clarity and presentation skills. This is necessary in life. Abandoning or let go - Follow all the steps in attaining and enjoying the benefits of your goals, but be completely detached from it, so it does not linger in your mind and harm you. Thanks much for all the help and guidance Warm regards, Subramanyan

Hari Om, In order to become a Prajapati, i.e. being able to materialize what we want, we need overcome the attitude of complaining. In order to overcome the energy of complaints, we need to substitute it with the energy of gratitude. Rather than focusing on what we don't have, we must start focusing on what we have and feel thankful for that. Dimensions of Srishta: 1) Ascertaining what we want 2) Being determined and focused on what we want. 3) Abundance - We must always choose the best and strive hard to achieve it. 4) Ornamented - Whatever we do, we must aim to do it with utmost perfection and beauty. We must pour our heart and soul into that. 5) Abandoning and let loose - After all that effort, we must get detached from it, and let it go. Our happiness mustn't be determined by the result Thank you Yogishri!

Hari: Om Yogishri, Thank you for the session today. Notes from the session: -------------------------------------- - Focus and Absorption of anything will lead to success. As we start focusing on our goal and do our Sadhana, the capacity to absorb more and more also increases. - Are you putting more faith on what you want or are you putting more faith or what do NOT want ? - If you say you can, it will become a reality. If you say you cannot, it will become a reality also, It depends on what we focus on - the problem or the solution,. - Aspects of Srustva: (Summary from 45:00) Fixing a goal, determination to achieve the goal at any cost, Abundance - Go for the best. Ornament /Decorated - Adding an extra step to beautify the presentment of the action. Detached - When you are attached to what you want, you are nit likely to achieve it. So, do every effort to get that goal achieved, but at the stay time stay detached. Thank you very much Sir

Hariom Yogishri, thanks for the powerful principles. The key lesson is that as sadhaks we need to start creating rather than complaining. In terms of goals, and to achieve srishtva, we need to ascertain goals, develop determination, create an emotional connection, think of it in abundance and ornamentation, and finally stay detached. Very interesting and we all need to start practicing this. One question that I had was that (similar to one of the examples you gave in the previous discourses), I don't think that I have an emotional connection with the goal of "God realisation". How do I build that? Does it happen over time? Thank you very much Yogishri :)

Dear Yogishri .. gratitude. Adding a question in seperate comment. During the manana after the session , I got little confused hence asking this question. I have 2 goals (out of many ) written during finding rhythm in life course and I was trying to evaluate those goals based on various dimensions explained during the session. Goal 1 # I am enthusiastic about this goal. Have been taking necessary actions to meet the goal. Enjoying the journey of achieving this goal. Goal 2 # I am enthusiastic about this goal as well and when I think now maybe over enthusiastic. While I have been taking necessary steps to meet this goal but I overthink about this goal. I feel my mind keep thinking about it subconsciously all the time. It creates a sense of stress. I also tried to readjust the goal assuming it will change the thought flow but I feel stress factor still continues. I am not sure which goal I am emotionally attached to and which one not. Basically I put heart and soul on both of them but journey for first one is enjoyable while for one it is stressful. What is this state of mind ? How do I differentiate between craving and goal ? Kindly help clarify. Gratitude Ashish

Hari om Yogi sri concludes…. Today do the roles in your life to the best of your ability and get out…. The real karma yoga…. How long? Till attachment leaves. When does the attachment leave? When we start doing things not in search of happiness but out of happiness. Thanks, yogi Sri. Great wisdom.

Hari Om and Pranaams Yogishriji. Thank you very much for a very deep abd thought provoking session. Today's Nidhi Dhyaasana was extremely powerful. Few more dimensions of the principle of Srushta has really inspired me to practice it. Thanks once again for your guidance and blessings.
