Constitution was a futuristic document written from 1947 to 1949. It took into account prevailing conditions THEN in Bharat. KIndly start thinking future of India and amend Constitution suitably taking INTERNET/ TECHNOLOGY into consideration. Nowhere in the constitution, such a high level of corruption possibility was envisaged. - BUT happening and this is open secret -- Did Constitution allowed Resort politics ?.. Did Constitution allowed 3 parties who fought against each other before the election to come together to form a govt ..? From 1947 to1949 the general public in India were extremely patriotic and they had vision to build India - Hence too many people did too many good things during that time -- Dr. Swaminathan GREEN REVOLOTION , Dr Kurian's AMUL, Big Big Public sector enterprises etc.. All those PSUs became white elephant and drain on economy - Need to talk current issues and find solution -- Glorification of past is not taking us any where

He knows nothing of reading or interpreting the Constitution. He ought to know there was a drafting committee under the Constituent Assembly, of which Dr.Ambedkar was the Chairman. Constitution is the work of a Committee.. There was also Dr.Benagal Ramarau, who was the Constitutional Advisor to the Constitutional Assembly. Anyway, the Constitution as adopted in Nov 1949 had adopted at least 40% of the provisions of the Government of India Act, 1935. Typical RSS blockheads who suffer from intellectual laziness.

Sir, Wat to do... If they say constitution was formed by the committee then the dalits will start shouting here.... If they say it is formed only by Dr ambedkar then communists like u say RSS are fools and suffer from intellectual laziness.....here it clearly shows that u are simply trying to condemn whatever RSS does....ur very motive is to suppress the power of RSS and communism must spread all over....

ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾರತ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ರದ್ದಾಗಬೇಕೆನ್ನುವ ಸೋ-ಕಾಲ್ಡ್ ಮೇಲ್ ಜಾತಿ ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡವರು ಮೊದಲು ಮುಂಬರುವ 1900 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ತನಕ ಇವತ್ತಿನ ಸೋ-ಕಾಲ್ಡ್ ಮೇಲ್ಜಾತಿಯವರು ಇವತ್ತಿನ ಸೋ-ಕಾಲ್ಡ್ ಕೀಳು ಜಾತಿಯವರ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸೇವೆಗಳಾದ ಮಲ ಮೂತ್ರ ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಚುವುದು, ಊರಿನಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ವಾಸಿಸುವುದು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ದೂರವಿರುವುದು, ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ಬರದಿರುವುದು, ಆಸ್ತಿಪಾಸ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದದಿರುವುದು, ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯತೆಯಿಂದ ಬದುಕುವುದು, ತೋಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀತದಾಳು ತರ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದು, ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೊಲೆಗೆ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುವುದು, ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ದರಿಸದೆ ಇರುವುದು, ಸೊಂಟಕ್ಕೆ ಪೊರಕೆ ಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡು ನಡೆಯುವುದು, ತಮ್ಮ ನೆರಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇರೆಯವರಿಗೆ ತಾಕದೆ ಓಡಾಡುವುದು, ಸತ್ತ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವುದು, ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಗಲೀಜಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಯಂತೆ ಬದುಕುವುದು, ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಮುಂಬರುವ 1900 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ತನಕ ಬದುಕಿ ತೋರಿಸಿ ನಂತರ ಇವತ್ತಿನ ಸೋ ಕಾಲ್ಡ್ ಮೇಲ್ಜಾತಿಯವರು ಮುಂಬರುವ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರಕ್ಕೆ ನೂರು ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ರಿಸರ್ವೇಶನ್ ಅಂದರೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರು ಬೇಡ ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಬಡವರನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀಮಂತರು ಮಾಡುವ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಲ್ಲ . ಇಂದಿನ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಾತಿಗಳು ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
