Is it possible to remove the top CD player and radio and replace with a double din I know you would need to cut the facia to fit

Definitely you doing wrong things.You should not put ICC double zone on programed HIM module single zone and for sure you have problem with AC and cooling.BCM on bottom ICC you should use same, but "power control module with conector is not programed and wont course isue with ICC".With Forscan you go "parts programing" and go to ACM module configuration and in minute ICC is mach with ECU is fast and simple to do on all falcons.
