Excellent instructional video! Man you are brave! I'd a gone for a new sump gasket but good silicon will also do the job and as you said too hard to remove it.! My solution was rear main seal oil additive that swells the seals. Like a stop leak product! Congratulations and Well Done!

Great video thanks, was following it and all going well until.....the rear cooler outlet fitting snapped off when I tried to loosen...world of pain.

Not sure. Here's some info, may help... With the BF, Ford introduced a six-speed automatic transmission developed by German companies ZF and Bosch, which would leave me to believe its not. Good luck
