Interesting chat, thank you for uploading. I've practiced a lot of physical yoga and countless hours of meditation (buddhist meditation), yet my three most enlightening experiences have been when I've been on my own in nature. Maybe the hours I put into practice led to that but I definitely wouldn't rule out running off to a cave :)
