Yes bc destiny’s child was only on an hiatus. Then they had a album in 2004 and toured then she went back solo.

Her Kelly and Michelle all released solo albums before the last Destiny Childs album if I'm not mistaken. But only Beyonce's was successful.

Kelly's may not have been as big as they wanted but that was because they rushed it out and also she was the first with the number one hit and Grammy. You don't have to downplay the other members just to acknowledge what beyonce has done

If they wanted to make her Aaliyah so bad they’d have definitely changed her hair style and colour to mimic Aaliyah but that’s not the case. So you’re wrong. Their sounds aren’t the same. Their dance styles aren’t the same. Aaliyah is more laidback and airy while Beyonce is more fiery and her sound is sharp and piercing. So I don’t see any similarities except that they’re both extremely beautiful black women.

@@squarcircle2254 exactly! Beyoncé and Aaliyah were literally never in the same lane. Brandy and Aaliyah came out in 1994 Monica came out in 1995 and Beyoncé came out with her group in 1997 . Aaliyah passed 2 years before Beyoncé official solo debut . These folks always tryna revise history and pit Aaliyah against Beyoncé to get people to negatively compare the two smh 🤦🏾‍♂️
