As a former wal-mart employe who actually stayed in his department, I can tell you it's as annoying for us as it is for you. Having to constantly page for associates from sports. Automotives, and electronics because no one is there to do shit for the customer. Then no one shows up and you have to personally hunt them down. A lot of the time most the cashiers don't show up for work so sales associates have to cover for them instead of working in their department. But yeah most of the time it's just lazy employees
