Hi! I do a lot of work with materials scientists and do outreach for them. You might get more consistent readings if you leave the parts on the table/held in a vice-type mechanism. Holding them in your hands might skew the readings a bit since there are vibrations. But if these readings are relatively accurate to each other, then the beys should be pretty similar! A Shore A scale jump of 10 is pretty subtle, so they should perform pretty similar if the metal is the same. Although I do hope the metal is less hard so it's not as brittle. A little bit of wear is a good trade off for the parts not exploding apart as they have a slight chance of doing now.

@@aquilaxtremeGT In all likelihood, the processes to make the beys this time around will be pretty similar between both lines this time, especially since they're being made in the same factories (not that they weren't before). But it would be nice for the ZAMAC to be treated to be slightly less hard/brittle, but there are probably standards in place that keep it in a certain hardness range.

So you admit you used the same material as Takara? That is a 1st. Maybe that was Evan that ruined Beyblade for us after all. We hounded Hasbro to give us TT like Beys for over a decade now.

The metal has to be different. By law the zinc alloy used in the east is a different grade from permitted in the west.

@@zeroxenoverse9251that should only raise concern, pro series was extremely inconsistent in terms of plastic durability and quality that hasbro could still step down to if they wanted later on in X. we can only hope X will continue to be good

Can/have you done a comparison between metal fight and BBX? I think that would shed some light on why BBX gets dents so easily. Is it the materials used, force they hit or a combo of both. (combo of both is my guess)

And you are correct! Since on the official box art on bottom corner I think on the back shows the app logo but currently i have no clue when it's being released for pre released and stuff

Harder plastic is bad. The plastic becomes too brittle and breaks easily. TT plastic is generally higher quality, and softer, so it absorbs impacts better.

sounds like you're trolling, if the plastic is softer, it will result in more stress marks that lead into full on shattering. Greatest Raphael and the tabs of those X beys are proof of this as well.
