Not sure actually. One of the better neighborhoods for sure, privacy in here is unmatched.

@@angelkoutv how are the views? I live in the first gated community in America. Whoopi and Kyrie Irving live here. 425 acres, 177 homes. We’re on the first of the Watchung Mountains so we have views of the Manhattan skyline.

@@angelkoutv not as fancy or rich as Beverly Park. One of the security guards told me the most famous person he saw visit was Bruce Willis. Stephen Colbert lives in the next town over, he has amazing views of Manhattan too.
Mark only got 55 million for his house. lol
Is there a limit to the size of dog 🐕 allowed in the neighborhood.. I imagine no Harley davidsons allowed?

Probably not so as long as it stays on property. Of course Harley's are ok 👍🏻.

@@TigerTigz. certainly! 40 would be on the North. That was a really cool house, had almost like a moat around it from what I remember and see through wine cellar of sorts.
How much is the HOA due?
