fuck california that place is a shit hole you cant have any fun there without getting hassled and there is smog testing and high cost of living/taxes. Ill stay in minnesota we got no smog testing so you can get away with whatever modifications you want for he most part and out in the country the police are usually friendly and don't care as much people will drive v8 hot rods with open headers and they don't even get pulled over police give you the thumbs up and compliment you on the car not hassle you with silly vehicle violation tickets.
