she didn't buy it. brenda is not stupid at all,she is always a step forward than anyone. she wanted to believe him but she didn't. she knows him too well and she knows when he is telling the truth or not

I always thought the minute Brenda seen him and Kelly walking alone from the van, she had a feeling they were going to cheat with each other. Kelly always had feelings for Dylan and she said Dylan was flirting with her before Brenda moved to Beverly Hills. Figures that Brenda being away for a while would give Dylan and Kelly the opportunity to fool around.

Brenda wasn't gullible, I think she knew but didn't want to face the truth. She knew Kelly would throw herself at a willing Dylan when she left for Paris. Dylan was tired of the obstacles in his relationship with Brenda brought on by her strict dad. They couldn't be free, and with Kelly, he was able to do that even though Kelly caused that relationship to crumble because of her ongoing jealousy of Brenda. I still think Dylan wanted and loved Brenda but knew they would never have a free grown up relationship he had with Kelly.

Then Kelly did the same thing wit Brandon but hey its the 90s

Nothing like 30 somethings playing teenagers.
