It's so frustrating! She is beyond awesome but the sound "engineers" suck! Her mic is completely whack. The instruments are way too hot. Same thing happened at Iridium in NYC last month. Idiotic clueless child on the sound board. She sang and performed her heart out. You could only hear her rich tone and subtle phrasing on 2 mostly accapella ballads. She needs to travel with her own sound people who understand her!
