The great Betty Hutton is one of my favorite actresses, singers, dancers, and entertainers! I love this classic musical number! I was born in 1978. Thank you for posting and sharing this movie magic! This song truly belongs only to Betty Hutton. Turner Classic Movies very seldom shows her movies. I have requested and keep requesting that Turner Classic Movies does so! I am very persistent and will continue requesting that Turner Classic Movies does so!

Who needs the Madonna version. Betty Hutton was a wonderful one-of-a-kind and 100 percent more enjoyable, in my view.

When I was a little girl I was often left home alone. I had no siblings and movies like these full many longly hours. I loved them then and I love them to this day. I'm 52, years old now but I wish I had wrote Ms. Hutton and told her what a differents she made, in a longly little girl's life so many years ago.

I love her. She was funny and she could swing when she'd sing. Also dances, is beautiful and makes it all look effortless. Thanks for this video.

That's so sweet to hear. I never knew of here till after she died, but wish I had been knew about her during her heyday.

She is a wonderful singer. A few times it sounds like Judy Garland in that song.
