Yet another great car review, Sarah (sans the abandoned warehouse). Thanks for including multiple penguin friends in this review. They're so cute! I agree with you, in that this car would be really fun to drive if it had a custom exhaust, some Michelin PS 4s, a cold air intake and a tune. One of the best cars I ever owned was a Mazda 626 turbo. So their quality is a given. Keep up the great work.

The vehicle in the video, based on features and base price shown at 0:24 has the Premium Plus Pkg, which in the U.S. now includes navigation. It's true that Apple Car Play/Android Auto makes native navigation a lot less necessary, but at least in the 2019 Mazda3, that navigation enables the nice benefit of projecting the prevailing speed limit on the head up display.

On one hand, I appreciate that Mazda gave us this at all, but on the other hand, I can’t help but think this was a missed opportunity. Personally I would have liked to see just a few more under the skin changes and handling upgrades to support the extra power. I think they could have made this slightly more athletic while maintaining the luxurious overall demeanor. But as Sarah said, perhaps that’s where the aftermarket will come in for this...

I traded my 2019 GLI for one of these and couldn't be happier. I mean, a 6 speed manual would be nice, but probably wouldn't be better. There's so much adaptive cruise tech that would be worse with a manual. That's just facts. Great car.

It is indeed. In driving one around in traffic as my daily driver I’m amazed at the behavior of so many while driving around me. They’ll drive aggressively or try to race me. I’ve seen people in Audis and BMWs (far more expensive vehicles) seemingly get an insecurity complex and feel like they have to show me their vehicle is better even though I’m just sitting there doing my normal driving. The reality is the paint job could go on a vehicle far more expensive and wouldn’t at all look out of place....

even though i feel for you for being without an abandoned warehouse, i also feel it's better for your safety.

Audio quality/consistancy in your car reviews is impressive. Great audio/video/editing skills. No slouch in the modeling dept. either. The full package...kudos Sarah!

This car does have potential to be more than it is. It would be nice if they tuned it up to 300 or so ponies, tightened up the suspension, put bigger brakes and performance rubber on it . The lines are easy on the eyes and the hatchback models for some reason make me think of Alfa Romeo hatchbacks, probably because of the taillight shape. Overall a cool car and a great review.👍

Fun review, Sarah! If I had a request it would be for you to take this on some sand/dirt and see how the AWD helps with the launch as well as how it kicks in vs a Subaru style AWD system or a RWD biased AWD system.

Great review! Down to earth, performance-oriented and authoritative! I just bought this exact car. I like it more than my 2016 GTI autobahn (manual). I’ll be driving it from AZ to CO later this month. The adaptive cruise and traffic jam assist should make it easy. PS You’re hysterical Sarah! “Seat belts penguins !!” 😂 PPS have you ever reviewed a car with ‘fives’ (cookies, beans, penguins) ??

Love Mazda and I was super excited about this car but it's just not the replacement for my '13 Speed 3 I wanted it to be. However Mazdas are still some of the best cars in their class. 🤘

Alex or Sarah, whose reviews do you enjoy more. If Sarah give the comment a thumbs up. If it's Alex D give this comment a thumbs up. If I'm buying a car it's both. If it's just informational Sarah keeps me informed and entertained.

I don't even have the yet to be released downpipe and exhaust. Or the JB4 and I enjoy this car more than my old speed 3. Just got my corksport intake and gurlllllll I can't wait to hear that turbo. It's so quiet stock
