Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm milk.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
7 g of dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Cover and leave for 5-7 minutes.
Stir again.
1 egg.
40 ml of vegetable oil.
Mixing.
Sift 400 g of wheat flour.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Add another 100-120 g of wheat flour.
Mix the dough with a spatula.
Flour.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover with food-grade film.
Set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 50 minutes.
The dough rose well. Airy like a cloud 🍚.
Knead the dough and form a ball.
Divide the dough into 9 parts.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Leave the dough covered on the work surface for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough to the size of a dessert plate.
I add the cooked condensed milk filling.
Secure the edges.
We will need kitchen scissors.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Form the buns.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Do the same with the remaining dough.

Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mixing.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 20-25 minutes.
All is ready.

Das ist gezuckerte Kondensmilch, man kann die im Wasserbad selbst kochen! Ich mache erstmal Deckel auf, sonst kann Dose explodieren. Oder man kann schon gekochte kaufen.
